Cancellations, Returns and Refund Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If within 14 days of receiving your product you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will replace the product or refund your money.

Cancellations

In order to cancel your order, you must either email us or call us at sales@visionmedicalonline.com or call at 678-893-0070 within 24 hours of your purchase. If you do not cancel within 24 hours with either written communication or a phone call or voicemail and we ship your order, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. If you request to cancel within 24 hours and we ship your order, we will be responsible for any return shipping fees.  

Returns and Refunds

• Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival for possible damage
• Keep all original packaging as you received it for at least 14 days
• You must contact Quality Urns for Less within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@visionmedicalonline.com or by phone at 678-893-0070
• One of our team members will work with you to resolve the return or refund.
