Refund policy

Cancellations, Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellations

In order to cancel your order, you must either email us or call us at sales@visionmedicalonline.com or call at 678-893-0070 within 24 hours of your purchase. If you do not cancel within 24 hours with either written communication or a phone call or voicemail and we ship your order, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. If you request to cancel within 24 hours and we ship your order, we will be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to post to your account. 

Returns and Refunds

  • Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival for possible damage
  • Keep all original packaging as you received it for at least 14 days
  • You must contact Quality Urns for Less within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@visionmedicalonline.com or by phone at 678-893-0070
  • One of our team members will work with you to resolve the return or refund. 

Returns
Our return policy is valid for the first 14 days after your purchase. Once your item is received, we will offer an exchange, store credit or a refund. Please see below for more detailed information. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return please contact our customer service department by email sales@visionmedicalonline.com or call 678-893-0070. We will be happy to assist you with this process.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if there are any issues with your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or to your account for a replacement purchase, within 2 weeks.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@visionmedicalonline.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@visionmedicalonline.com and we will provide you with instructions on where to send your return. 


Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at 678-893-0070, so that we may provide you with instructions on where to send your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
